Overview
Lofty — previously Chime — bundles CRM, IDX website, lead generation and marketing automation into one platform. The pitch is consolidation: one vendor, one login, one bill, instead of a CRM plus a website plus an ad manager that only partly talk to each other.
The AI features center on lead engagement and behavioral scoring — surfacing which contacts are active on your site and warm enough to call now. Because the website and CRM are the same system, that behavioral signal is genuinely connected rather than inferred from a webhook, which is a real advantage over stitched-together stacks.
Breadth costs depth. Individual components are good rather than best-in-class, onboarding is a project rather than an afternoon, and pricing is quote-based with contract terms. Teams that value one integrated system will accept that; agents who want the strongest CRM specifically will look at Follow Up Boss.
