Write.homes is built only for real estate content, which shows in the output format rather than the prose quality. You enter property details once and it generates the MLS description plus the adjacent assets agents actually need — social captions, email announcements, flyer copy and open house posts — instead of one block of text you then reformat five times.
Because it is purpose-built, it understands the constraints of the job: MLS character limits, the difference between a listing description and a Zillow blurb, and the Fair Housing language agents are supposed to avoid. That last point is worth the specialization on its own; general AI writers will cheerfully suggest "great for young families."
